About me
Keelan Baldwin serves as a physical scientist in the Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund team, where she assists with lead service line replacements and emerging contaminants under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Previously, Keelan worked with EPA's Risk Reduction Branch as a research participant with the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education. Keelan has a master of public health in environmental health from Boston University and a bachelor of arts in political science and environmental studies from Elon University.
